Our client purchased this strip mall at a liquidation sale in June of 2018 for $255,000. They were 2 local businessmen who were very busy and were trying to lease the space themselves. We were able to help them lease out the 3 vacant spots and some light renovations and sold the property in July of 2020, after receiving multiple offers, for $668,250 allowing them to cash in on a great 2 year gain while also being able to market a 10% cap rate which was very attractive to buyers.
